Anyone wanting to APPLY, please do so in the thread and state WHY I should interview YOU in 100 words or less. Failing to understand this point may result in not being interviewed. I will count the words.

Here's the rules.

1. You must be full time in the Adult Industry. This can't be a part time job for you.

This does not mean you made millions, ambush interview is aimed for people who spend their full time career at online adult in one means or another. Being a regular contributing member of GFY helps in my selection process. Webmasters, owners, employees, models, photographers, and programmers welcome.

2. You must answer all questions asked by me. (exception is any question you don't want asked - state to me in private upfront and it will be avoided. If you fail to do this and I dig it up , it's on the table and you must answer)

3. You must answer all questions in 3 days. average is 30 questions, you may get more or less depending on what gets dug up.

4. No crying. You agreed to it, suck it up and deal with it.

5. You need to have pictures of yourself - PREFERABLY on FUBAR, and provide a MIN of 5 of them to me BEFORE the interview starts. (links to pics of yourself on FUBAR prefered) - the more the better.

6. Your application in the thread must be 100 words or less.

7. Please note that ambush interview is about your life, NOT your business, and you life BEFORE, and during porn. It's designed so that people know something about who YOU are, not just your business, to aid in developing relationships with people for business. Common aspects in people's lives like hobbies, school's attended, recreation, previous careers, etc make for excellent conversation starters when people meet in person and develop stronger relationships.

I remember when I came into the business in 2005 and enjoying reading these - I always wondered why you did one on Monty and Chris from AVN (I adore both of them jfyi)but no one from XBIZ - perhaps bc we dont come across as "colorful - regardless, these are great.

I was going to apply until I read the photo part. The last time someone in our industry had my pics, they turned them over to the Thai police and ratted me out along with all of my sites. Fuckers.

Otherwise, I would have given one hell of an interview.

Started in adult back in 98-99 didn't hit the boards till about 2002 or 2003 (I always thought they were kind of counter-productive lol as every board back in the day had MAJOR self agendas ;) )

Was one of the founders of the 3D Toon Niche

Started the first 100% 3D Toon sponsor program (the others before mine were a mix or toon and real content)

Hosted a number of webmaster and surfer radio shows

spent WAY too long shouting from my soapbox (and being forgotten lol)

Helped bring the 3D Niche from a sub niche to a stand-alone niche

oh.. and was dubbed "The Godfather Of 3D Porn" by AVN back in 03 (or 02 lol I forget)

and at the end of the day, I'm NOT a millionaire, or "Rich" by any means, cause I'm honest to a fault, and I do damn near whatever it takes to make people happy.... go figure.

(prolly over 100 words but the actual likelyhood of my landing an interview is pretty slim I bet lol)

as for pics, I've never gone to any shows (also kind of think their counter-productive in a way) but I can find some photos of myself and throw um up

When I came into the biz, I didn't care who knew me. But when it was used against me, it was a wake up call. Caused me to re-think my entire operation. It was for the best, but now I just have to be low key and kindly ask people who take my pic to not pass them around.

lol, my ENTIRE carrier in adult has been littered with issues, my issues have issues in fact lol, but yeah, the most recent "real life" axe to drop was a family member dying, before that, lets see.... in no particular order....

loosing all my paysites and content due to a shady hosting company

wasting a year + redesigning and branding a company, building a series of sites for it, only to have the company fold and US (my partner and I ) threatened with a lawsuit

Tried to leave the toon market to shoot and run sologirl sites and had ALL the models flake 2 days after the launch (one was my ex gf too lol)

oh and I'm also a member of the "being stalked by _ _ club"

and the list goes on and on indeed.

I think an interview with Dirty White Boy and BVF would be absolutely hilarious. DWB has already shown interest, waive the picture requirement! I am more than confident that his Ambush would be one of the best ever.

You know, of the small group of producers / webmasters I have come across, BVF is in my short list for guys I have total respect for. True to his niche, doesn't give a FUCK what anyone else thinks, is very intelligent, keeps it real and knows he has a good thing going. BVF should get an interview somewhere, by someone.

My votes goto DWB and BVF. Do them back to back. They'd both be good reads, as in somebody I actually would have interest in reading about and not just another dumbshit broclubber who has nothing to talk about but getting hammered at conventions.
