That really depends. Most "SEO's" who claim they are just that and are open for clients are pure bullshit. Like woj say's if you get some one with a good track record It will cost atleast ~300 per hour. In adult that is.

Around $3-400 per hour, min of a few hours i think. Though been a while since I dealt with the market, might be more or less now.

No decent seo guy is broke and no decent seo guy needs to beg for work or offer cheap rates to get business.
