NiftyStats - Do I have to buy to get a response from support?
 

I mailed at least a week ago about the error I've been getting.
"Cannot find file specified (2)" when trying to login via the application.

yes stop expecting quick support from free products

Not expecting quick, just expecting SOME.

Last few updates have said the program itself needed to be new. Maybe you need to dl a new version?

I've downloaded the most recent version they have. Last night I uninstalled it, downloaded a new one and tried again with the same problem

It worked fine for me as well(well over a year ago though) but it just doesn't want to anymore.

I got a response via ICQ, and they were helpful. They told me what is causing the problem and now it's up to me to fix it.
