Zocku.com's platform for a social network?
 

As you guys are aware, I'm trying to set up a social network for PunkRockPrincess.com.

I was going to have someone build me an entire website, but now I dont think that makes sense any more.

Why spend 10k with someone to build a custom site what others have already created a platform for me to tweak to a custom site for literally a few hundred dollars a month? And thats anticipating having to buy a ton of addtional bandwidth. They offer 70g with their $49 package and $10 for another 50g.)

This Zocku.com is suppopsed to be white label, compeletly customizable and has everything needed in one software bundle basically.

They specialize in adult social networks, so I dont have to worry about being dumped like Ning.com did to a lot of people.

They are also about to release their very own adult billing (they currently some how use paypal)

So do you guys see any dis-advantages for using zocku.com for my social network platform?

As long as I can get a good webmaster to edit the HTML so it doesnt look like a template and add my splash of colors & flavor to it... wow.

I can get this dream up and going literally overnight with a platform like Zocku.com offers.

Can it really be this amazing?

it loks like these guys want you to host your network with them? Thats the impression I got after a quick glance....

sign up and test it out for a few days if you want. The index is just a template for now but it is fully customize-able, which we are in the process of.

Ehh yes & no. I use their virtual platform to great my own social network more or less.

All content stays mine. VERY customizable, their own adult billing and can add widgets.

Seems like a champ to me.
