Paypal to Epass solution?? Maybe.
 

I've never done the epass/paypal thingy and was thinking that a way around
having to risk a "bad" transaction is to try this :

Get both epass and paypal ATM cards.

Withdraw the cash from the ATM;
then load the money onto a prepaid credit card that is linked to both
epass and paypal and load the target account from the prepaid card.

I think it may take 3 days to complete.

Is that a solution for those who need this?

Obviously this is not worth it for a one time $50 transfer though.

Im not sure if you can use prepaid cards on paypal can you?

Maybe not for the main load account but maybe as a secondary card it works.

Paypal does not cooperate with epass.

That's the whole point of getting a prepaid credit card that has nothing to do
with either paypal or epass.

I developed a gateway which transfer money between epass and paypal and it works without problem these 2 years.
