First you should say : No it doesn't....

and since you English is not that good i guess your Italian is even worst.

As every word ancora can change meaning based on where you position it inside the phrase.

Ancora means: more,still; yet; again; more, further or even Anchor.

But it can be used to say " keep going" " give me more, therefor "Ancora ancora"

LOL, I had a friend that were in NL for half a year and when he come back he kept repeating that all the time..

The word kuken in swedish translates to "the dick", so that was why i think he repetead it all the time.
