A decent htaccess example to prevent duplicate content penalties even within the same blog might be a nice addition here.

Wordpress shoves your same content in up to 6 different places, all of which will look the same to search engines.

You mean just add video to a blog? I use The Flash Video Player plugin from http://www.mac-dev.net/ for that.

I used a plugin to restrict google and other bots on a blog... and let another blog without restrictions go.

Guess what happened?
