Before you look for referral deals on things like software or hosting be sure that you're ok with pushing your clients towards products that may not be right for them just so you can get paid...
At one point we did pay on CMS sale referrals but quickly decided against it.
If you plan to be in business long term you may want to refer your clients to the best resources and focus on building relationships with people who can send you more business on a steady basis rather than a referral payout :2 cents:
There are a few CMS players both big and small who are pretty desperate for business so I'm sure you'll find some that will pay you for sales leads.
