Captain Crunch is good, but it still pales when compared to King Vitamin.

You just can't beat the sugary coated goodness of KV's morsels when they rip open your mouth and throat as you chew and swallow them.

Everybody should try Grape Nuts though. Just let it soften a little. Great stuff.

I dunno if I have a total fav, but for captain crunch I prefer the peanut butter variety.

Ate some cerial in Canada called Vector. That was some tasty stuff!

Before I opened this thread I was thinking Capt Crunch. but frosted flakes is my alt fave

That is one of the best tasting, I'd say, but a lot of sugar.

Cinnamon toast crunch is my favorite.

Frosted Flakes with Vodka instead of milk

LOVED Lucky Charms and Cookie Crisp when I could eat it ... these days Im good with plain ol' Bite Size Shredded Wheat or Grape Nuts

I like almost all cereal, cereal is delicious. I usually eat Raisin Bran though... quite good for you and quite tasty.

I love it, but even after only one bowl I feel like my mouth is torn up. Eat it for breakfast two days in a row, forget it. It's so good but it takes me an ice age to go through a box. :(

i like frosted mini wheats ... i prefer them dry

All I eat now though is raisin bran and vector, unfortunately, but Fruity and Coco Pebbles have to be the best, too bad they dont sell them anymore in Canada.

Capn Crunch is good too but like someone said, it cuts your mouth up if u dont let it soak in milk and soften. Apple Jacks were good too, they still sell those?

my thoughts exactly.. the fine sandpaper finish shreds the roof of your mouth.

I'll go with what I most often buy.. which I think would be Life, Raisin Bran and Corn Squares (wegmans' chex).

Fruit Loops........no homo

I prefer muesli :)
