we installed it for a client a couple weeks ago as an internal ticket system. for the price....its the tits! keeps everything well organised. The notifications are happenin!

I have before, didn't fit my needs but its a nice decent solutions. You might look into Cerberus 4 since its much more actively developed.

its exactly what im looking for but i get a weird error, when viewing a ticket it goes dns error, but when you reload it works fine
