If a girl goes out from the set and production companies lose thousands of dollars like JM said up there, then this girl will also need to change something in her way of doing. It's just not good business to make lose your "boss" money!

All production managers/casting agents/etc talk ... i think thats the one thing Performers (men and women) don't ever get. Most of us let eachother know about stuff that happens on set .... not referencing the Tanner thing ... but i'm talking in general. If you don't flake out for 1 shoot for a studio ... several more know about it. Do it several times ... and we all collectively know to try and avoid that talent.
