give WPWebHost a try, they've got one click installed and is designed specifically for Wordpress blogs.

I have an account with them and they are extremely reliable, no frills, just simple an cheap way to host your blogs.

they dont allow adult though, so be careful, mainstream only.

Feel free to check out the hosts I have here: www.cheapadulthostingxxx.com Anything there accepts adult. If you want some freehosts for blogs, go to www.adultblogbuilder.com and look down the far right hand column for a bunch of them. Last I checked, (about a month ago) they were all still up and running.
