I just checked over at NP, and it appears they were pulling out of a datacenter and did not tell them they were moving and got caught up.

Seems pretty amateurish in my book to not have all of your customers sites mirrored on another datacenter to avoid any type of issues.

I would contact a host like natnet ASAP, let them know the issue and have them get you up properly

What, you mean the phone book isn't the first place you look when you need new hosting?
