Anyone from e pass? I ve a strange balance , they charged back a payment that was made by a sponsor today .. any other with the same issue?

Same here! Got two sponsor payments today and both are charged back....! I know there was some issues a couple of days ago..... But I am sure they will take care of it TODAY or TOMORROW ;)

It's pretty sad when you have to come to GFY and look for one guy to take care of your questions since Epassporte's customer service barely speaks English and is no help whatsoever.. why do they even HAVE a customer service if it's useless? And it's def useless.. I've tried talking to those people more than once..

last week I used their support, and they actually replied within 15 minutes. The only reason I created the supportticket to begin with, was to have something for Michael to work with. So it was a pleasant surprise to have them fix it that fast.

If your sponsor was AWE, here is what is posted on their forum:

Our Valued Affiliates,

Due to an affiliate payment batch generating error, affiliate payments for the period of 06/16-06/30 were submitted erronously. The affiliate payments sent out today were reversed in order to allow for the affiliate payment batch generating to be revised and corrected.

We pride ourselves on getting payment to our affiliates on time and affiliate payments will be on time this time around as well. Please note that, as stated on our site, payments are sent out on or before the 10th and 25th of each month.

We apologize for the inconvenience and/or confusion this may have caused and thank you for your understanding.

seems as the have mixed up this payment periode with the next for the 10th of august

I don't know the situation in this case but we only reverse payments on the request of the business account if a mistake is made like it seems to have happened in AWE's situation.
If a transaction is reversed you should contact the sponsor.

I was sent a payment by Exotic Gold, and it was sent back to them by Epass.

I first mailed MichaelO, and got the vacation autoresponder. (enjoy it btw, you deserve it)

So then I logged in to my epass account, and send a message in through their system, asking why my payment was returned.

The next day, I got an email notification telling me to log into my account to see their response. But that is a little difficult to do, since my account now says it is blocked or whatever their error message says.

MichaelO, you do good work, so no offense to you at all. But there is a reason that I do not promote anyone who only pays out by epass/bank wire. (Exotic Gold didn't when I signed up) and it is because something has gone wrong every time I have tried to get paid that way.
