this is older than dirt, but there's a sucker born every minute. it commonly shows it's face around ebay domains sales.

it's right up there with the apartment rental credit report. it will never die...

Already received several emails from these motherfuckers.

I don't think there is such a thing as reputable domain appraisor.

Sad but true... All it takes is for one dude to fall for the scam per email blast for it to be worth the effort. Just like with most undesirable stuff we encounter--it persists because somewhere, somehow, someway, it gets rewarded and the benefit outweighed the cost...
