ok... so i confess one of my scouting techniques....

Here we go....

One day many years ago I was in Tempe Municipal Court downtown Tempe, AZ right dead center smack dad in the heart of ASU, when I was sitting back of the court waiting to be called up to face my speeding ticket, I witnessed many young 18 to 20 year college girls getting railed by the judge for minor consumption of alcohol.

They were getting $500 to $1200 fines and or up to jail time, some girls were on their third time getting caught! Ha Ha Ha haa I was a savior , i would wait outside and tell them how i could save them from going to jail or from having to admit to daddy and asking for money!
