What have been your biggest gripes about your Credit Card Processor?

We were wondering what troubles people have with Credit Card processors in terms of fees, security, ease of use, etc.

Do you prefer one company over another? Why? (CC BILL, EPOCH, ETC.)


If you could design your own payment processing company, what features would you build into it?
