Facebook & mutual friends
 

So I have started to use FB to keep in touch with out of state family and friends, it is pretty cool. I'm not a big phone person, so I don't mind a little social action on FB like that.

But I have started to check out friend lists of "mutual friends" before adding them, because it seems like here and there are people I do not want to be linked to like that. :1orglaugh

it really is creepy to see people you just don't want to ever see again like that, all up on people's facebook pages. yuck. :1orglaugh

I know people have to have old relationships or people they just don't want from their past lingering. The net is too damn small...

at least they have privacy settings lol

Yessssssssssss I use to add everyone that asked me to add em then next thing I knew I had 500 "friends" and was like who the fuck are half these people then Ii started "befriending" them!!!

there are actually chicks from high school that I didn't get along with back in the day that I do not want mutual friends with, haha

Sometimes I get really excited when I see a new "notification" and then its just something like "Did you fill out your NCAA bracket yet???" :(

friends? all mine are dead, in jail, or owe me money. lol ;)

I have reconnected with a lot of childhood friends I dont mind that at all.

Way more of a girl thing. The list of people I do not like is very small.

well honestly my list is only about 3 or 4 people, and I don't do the friend with my ex thing, neither does my husband.

but I know some people collect ex-relationships on those things too, its like an odd fetish of sorts... :1orglaugh

I finally caved in and went back on FB (again) - after gettin' booted a year or two ago.

I am avoiding facebook itself. To much plants to water, stupid games and quizs for morons. I have e-mail, I have few chat softwares. If you want to talk with me there is way. But don't send me a virtual puppy and ask me if I take good care of him. It sucks.

I think Internet addiction is increasing daily via Facebook and Twitter. Good way to connect with people, bad way to get socially stupid.

Facebook is starting to become twitter, i login and see peoples status change 10 times a day
"just woke up, so tired but have to goto work"
"im at work, so boring"
"lunch time at work just chillin on FB"
"finally home time, work is shit"
etc etc etc...

Those are the best, why the fuck would you want to live a life where you hate work and it dominates your life??? Fucking hell, its funny then one week a year their updates are "oh i'm on vacation this is awesome". haha stupid

the thing that i love most on FB is the restaurant city game. lol

It's not cool to have a bunch of strangers on facebook. That's why lately I've deleted a lot of people from my facebook.
