Next big bubble
Not sure if it will be the very next bubble
but time leveraged technology and how the world is dependent on it in our lives that will be one of the next big bubbles, technology and efficiencies are being created at such a rapid pace that everything is expected for free now, and once all of your free services temporarily quit working, then there is zero incentive to help us. The closest we have come to this is the large companies that are so price competitive they don't provide published phone #'s easily, ask you to fill out large forms, or they hire people in other countries that don't speak English, they have decided it's only profitable to sell stuff, not to help service it. Then what happens when the prices get so low that our services, much of them, email, CL, etc are all free, the incentive is very very little to help out. This leaves us all with not enough time in our day to fix stuff. I can already name some plugins, software, etc all free, great way to save a few minutes per day on stuff, every day, then when it's not compatible and you have to hire people or try to troubleshoot it for hours, then where was the real savings. Marketing is so fragmented these days as well. |
i have no idea what your point is

We're in it right now...
In two at the same time actually... the Bailout bubble and the carbon tax. The bill that just passed for the carbon emission is basicly a new tax on everything, except the money goes to private entrepreneurs. |

You talk about Customer Serivce being outsourced as though its the fault of the customers.. Well its the fault of the LAZY ass people they have to hire, Pay good salaries and then give them 4 to 6 breaks a day to go and smoke and in general do NOTHING.
Then they send the work off shore and things get done.. I dont like the off shore CS either but at least the phone gets answered. |

My most recent cs experience... I bought shirts for my son on Lands end the other night. Realized I'd ordered the wrong style. Called them at 2 am. 1 ring, I had an english speaking, polite guy fixing my order. I couldn't ask for better customer service. Lands end rocks!
