First off you really need a new design. Look at some of the bigger amateur/teen sites online and get a feeling for what is good.

What biller is francebill.net ? I'm not sure maybe you are using ccbill.com for affiliates but I didn't find any link for us to signup through. If you are not using ccbill I would recommend switching to it.

Third but not least :) when you tell people to contact you, you must leave contact info.
