The amount of time people spend online has not increased since last year, according to Forrester
The report, titled "Consumer Behavior Online: A 2009 Deep Dive," shows that overall time spent on the Internet has remained at 12 hours per week. http://news.cnet.com/8301-1023_3-102...orsPicksArea.0 In the U.S. alone, total minutes spent on social networking sites has increased 83 percent year-over-year -Nielsen Online http://www.nielsen-online.com/pr/pr_090602.pdf so the same amount of time online and the social networks are taking up a bigger chunk of it |
Interesting, I would have expected an increase.

Interesting read.
In looking at my stats, it more a less mirrors the same thing as the article for time on site(s). :disgust |
perhaps there is a sweet spot for how much time people spend online and one of the reasons for the sales downturn is how much the social networks are soaking up of that
no that i can figure out how to fix or exploit that yet |
