Faux news is the last place I go to find journalism.

I went there today to investigate something they are reporting as true (that clearly isn't) and happened to find their home page, top story is this:



Obama's $787B 'stimulus' package was supposed to fix highways, rebuild schools, create and save jobs ? but it's also funding 'perv' revues and a 'kinky porno horror film.'



When you proceed to the article, which reads more like "The Globe" than any kind of respectable journalism, this is their reason for the shocking to story headline:




But some of the NEA's grants are spicing up more than the economy. A few of their more risque choices have some taxpayer advocates hot under the collar, including a $50,000 infusion for the Frameline film house, which recently screened Thundercrack, "the world's only underground kinky art porno horror film, complete with four men, three women and a gorilla."

I am all for porn and gorillas etc..... but the why fuck should taxpayers be giving money to artists? The NEA is the real issue. It serves no purpose except wasting taxpayer money. It is not a legitimate function of government.

Fox news i great, its the only news thats easier to understand while drinking heavily. In fact the more you drink the easier it is to appreciate.

The grant was for the National Endowment for the Arts, and it looks like they are doing what they are supposed to be doing with it... funding the arts... I would say that ""the world's only underground kinky art porno horror film..." is ART. So I dont see what the problem is FOX News? Wtf...

Too bad MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, NPR, CNN, PBS aren't credible and lean left like Fox does right. Boy is America in need of some credible journalism. Seriously though with MSNBC only talking about Republicans and acting like they're still in a majority, I don't see how anyone would bring up Fox News.

One project that has received past NEA funding and stands to get an additional boost from a $25,000 stimulus grant is "The Symmetry Project," a dance piece by choreographer Jess Curtis.

The show depicts "the sharing of a central axis, [as] spine, mouth, genitals, face, and anus reveal their interconnectedness and centrality in embodied experience," according to a description offered on Curtis' Web site.

In the flesh — and there's a lot of it — it amounts to two people writhing naked on the floor, a government-funded tango in the altogether.

Did you see Glenn Beck on Fox and Friends yesterday proclaim that Obama is a racist with a "deep seeded hatred for White People"? Even the nut-job right wing mannequin co-hosts seemed to cringe when they heard that lunatic hate speech.
