CCBill Problem

I have one sponsor which hasn't registered a click for many months... despite the surrounding banners/links being quite productive, which are also CCBill.

Can anyone tell me why one CCBill sponsor would just stop recording clicks, when the others under the same account are working well?

I have emailed support at CCBill but no reply so far.

Has the specific sponsor turned us off as an affiliate without telling us?

Any advice appreciated. :thumbsup

Sorry, I don't have ICQ.

It seems the clicks are being counted... I stand corrected.

But I am smelling a rat.

10,000+ clicks on sponsor 'A' gives me 20 new sales.
10,000+ clicks on sponsor 'B' gives me 0 new sales.

Both from the same traffic source, both the exact same niche. In fact, site B has a better tour!

Can an affiliate just be turned off without notice?

Not without notice no. If any changes are made to a CCBill affiliate account we will send an email to the affiliate letting them know.
