Porn legal/ethics/tube question...
 

Site A is a legal tube by that i mean using only sponsor provided videos and Site B does the opposite providing full scenes and dvd rips. Webmaster from Site A stumbles upon Site B and sees some full scene and dvd content he would really like to promote. Now if Site A webmaster then took that video from Site B and added it to his site and put links back to sponsor around the video in the same manner as he would with a "legal" clip is he just as wrong?

Ok real world: theres some content i like that nots available through sponsor. And i doubt the sponsor will be providing full scenes and rips. I dont really care for the long clips ( longer than 8 mins ) cus i dont believe most surfers watch all that shit. But i would like to add this content to my site. Do I:

Do you have a media converter that puts stolen content in to one side, and spits out legal content in the other?

that is an interesting question actually. the first thing you should do is send links to your sponsor making them aware of the full scenes being up so they can take action...

What i should say is i dont plan on ripping the full members area like on a "illegal tube" but i was wondering if on my legal video site what would be the reprecussion of taking an illegal tactic (from the tube) and trying to make the best of it to level the playing field. Again i repeat i dont believe surfers watch whole 20 minute clips. The length may draw there interest as in "look at all this free porn available" But most will fast forward through to shit they really want to see.

Would you be happy because this means he need to buy more fresh content soon to keep the members?

Or would you be pissed because he also devalue the same content you sold to other people?

I have done that. But i think for sponsor its like one cat trying to catch a roomful of mice. So many never catch them all. :disgust
