What do you look for in a PROPER content management software?
 

I was looking over CMS-themed threads and I notice a lot of people bitching about their CMS. Some say they currently like what they have, but they also wish they could add on new features.

For you, if you can have someone customize your CMS according to your needs, what would they be?
