Well, while guns are legal, you'll always have nuts having easy access. At least in places where it is a serious crime to possess a gun, guns are restricted to gangs which, while they are nutcases, are less likely to be fruitcakes going on a shooting spree

So lets recap recent shooting in America, in broad daylight, people have shot people, in schools, churchs, on city streets, in their own home, and now in gyms!
