Can I get some feedback from people who are using Zombaio ?
 

Good, Bad, Ok ?

Any problems? You are happy, what do you think about domestic 7.9% vs the EU 4.9% ? ( i believe that was the right percentages).

Any comments ?

I have been using them on my new projects per Jimmy Gunn recommendation.

-The interface is better than the competition.
-Their affiliate program back end is not yet available (Aug 2009)
-No complaints from members.
-WIRES come on time, or early.
-They need some better tracking stats... for ratios, and such.
-I like getting paid more than once per week (as you hit threshold)
-Support slower than CCB, better than Verotel
-Numbers are wrong in their dashboard to call. Weekends have a dead zone for support.

All in all. One of the better processor experiences to date. Between those I have had in the past, and those I have now.

Just plugged them into 2 of our sponsor programs, no complaints, not compatable with the latest Nats though.

One thing is i applied for a euro account and ended up with a $ account. No idea what the hell is happening there.

as long as you don't have affiliates i'd give them a shot. i have a project without affiliates and unless CCBILL or Epoch gives me something competitive I'll take my chances with Zombaio.

If they shit the bed then only i lose, I wouldn't ruin my rep with affiliates using Zombaio.

You need to contact Zombaio Thomas and have him change it for you manually. I guess it's a glitch, and was mentioned in that other Zombaio thread a day or so ago.

I signed up with them, got approved and set up in 1 day. No startup costs and I did the 7.9% US account but really dont know if that is better or not than the EU 4.9%. I haven't done much with it yet.... little late for me to be asking questions but if I got the bad vibe I have nothing invested yet to switch to something else.

Weekly wires are always on time, sometimes even a day early. Been using them for over a year and no issues. Affiliate stats they provide are very minimal, though they are working on a better version apparently. I run them through nats3 so it's not an issue. Setup with the EU 4.9% option and billing in euros.
