1) Free Sign up/trial for live cam. (real live cam, no trial pre recorded images only.)

2) After the trial expires, if the consumer doesn't cancel, he is charged under $ 40. (please no multi sign up traps)

3) PPS for Free Sign up / regardless of consumer making a purchase.

Prefer CCBill if possible or any other well established program.
