They are just another in a long line of file storage sites like Rapidshare, Megaupload, Depositfiles, etc., although they are becoming really popular because they pay uploaders if their file is downloaded a certain number of times, usually $10 per 1000 downloads.

I can tell you right now their ISP isn't going to do anything. As long as they remove the content when you send them a proper DMCA, which they do, then they are protected. Your only recourse if you have you content stored on their servers is to send a DMCA to their abuse e-mail, [email protected], and they will pull it down. It sucks ass, but that's the way it is unfortunately...

Thanks. They have been sent proper DMCA notices but have not removed the content or responded. Hmmm....if they usually do remove content perhaps I need to have my attorney send the notice?
