Fat, need to lose a few pounds. I don't want to be skinny though.

I'm 6 foot 4 inches and 240lbs and I guess my BMI is 29.2 which makes me "overweight". When I was hospitalized for a month this year I was down to 210 cause i couldn't eat at all or couldn't keep it down. At 210 i thought I looked really good but I think I'd be happy at 230lbs
