I mean, it's a big sponsor, I thought I was going to have a bit of cash coming in, what gives? Anyone suggest another sponsor that actually converts?

Imlive have big payouts, but are notorious for not converting as well as other cams sites. It might be to do with how they credit a 'sale'.

Did you try chatting with one of the affiliate managers at pussycash? Whenever I have a problem I always chat with them first before asking this stuff in public. Most affiliate managers are happy to help you improve your ratio.

I'm 1:73 so far this week with Webcams.com affiliate program, I send targetted SE traffic though.

I need to switch to streamate... I'm with IMLive now.. but I think my phone sex clients who are going to sign up for them.. already have.. time to introduce a new company...

the time of " have you hit them up first before coming here " is over and done with. How is that possible? Sponsors just did not handled affiliates so well without GFY. This board is to keep those in place who are honest and remove those who steal from hard working webmasters.

I have never had any success with Cam traffic. With ANY sponsor. And I've made a stack of cash from dating. Go figure.

You'd think affiliate managers would be checking out the affiliates with the ratios of 0:5000 and higher and hitting them up to find out what the hell is going on and seeing if they can get that affiliate some money...

In 6 years of promoting cam sites and my experience with Imlive I couldn't disagree more - they convert as good or better than any cam sponsor I've worked with. On the other hand I've found cams.com by far the worst converting/retaining sponsor yet some people would swear they are the best converting.

So I guess to each his own

To the OP:
Curious about what kind of traffic (source, country, etc.) you're sending, what kind of site you're sending that traffic from (tgp, blog, etc.) and if it's worked with other sponsors? That would be important info to help understand what's going on.

General TGP traffic doesn't seem to perform that well with cams and such .... unless u have tons and tons of it .... u need targeted traffic.... I can't put enough emPHAsis on the word "TARGETED" ........

Those numbers aren't so strange. I noticed that one of the cams sponsors who I'd previously given a go actually had a decent sign-up ratio (for this summer) and over time the $ per sign-up was looking respectable. So I thought I'd give cams a shot with a few proggies...

I wish I hadn't though....xx,xxx clicks later, plenty of free regos, plenty of members and I think the total revenue now stands at 60c. Whoop-de-doo. Perhaps it'll double to $1.20 by the end of next month.

Go ahead, throw in your own windows and don't ask for help first, I don't care... It's not my money. I always had the best result with asking affiliate reps and they always helped me out to make more sales. We allready made more then 371k over the years with pussycash, how much did you do ?

That's definitely not normal IMO.

I was 1:34 with Adult Webmaster Empire last period with 18 sales. I know that's not high rolling for most people here (I have a small-ish blog network), but it's still better than 0:8400, so give them a shot.

interesting how everyone has another quality of traffic. for me, with puse seo cams traffic and main sponsor awe, i am 1:12000+ with awe, on the same site, where are only two imlive links, i am having 1:260 this year, and with 100pps i have to say good bye awe and welcome pussycash! not sure why, but i have been 1:600 every period with awe before they have switched to new system. now its 1:12k, but i dont want to say the word cause i will be banned as i dont have a proof

just to explain. i have been 1:600 every period. i changed nothing. only thing that changed was awe system. after the change, the next period was 0:8k+ falling to 1:12k+. i changed nothing, and in two weeks my ratio felt down 10x. but i know its my problem cause someone from awe told me, my traffic sucks
