I don't know what the story is with the kickbacks. I was more interested in finding out if Sharon Mitchell was involved in any of this. The person never replied back to that question. After a few more exchanges, I was just happy to have this.

AIM doesn't allow anyone to perform. It is still up to those shooting porn to demand tests. It's like not carding a the door of a bar, you can only blame the bar owner in the end. Many people shooting porn don't bother checking for tests... blaming AIM is easy way out.

What about you and everything you have reported throughout the years? So a certain agent is possibly involved in human trafficking and abuse and was arrested a couple of years ago? That agent has always denied he was ever arrested though everyone knows he was.

Libel? I'm sure you know more about that than I do. I'm sure every person involved in the Kayden Kross mortgage scam can sue you for libel. The email says nothing about Sharon Mitchell. Though she founded the company and every employee there does represent AIM if a crime has been comitted.

The one benefit Darah has with AIM is that California has Anti-SLAPP laws where NJ does not. TMM's lawsuit would have been much more difficult to bring in California and they could have gotten hit with a counter claim by Shallee Hale. If they would have lost they would have been paying her costs to defend against the lawsuit. Anti-SLAPP is a power counter claim.
