we want to expand our Ft. Lauderdale office team and are seeking a Sales/Office Assistant:

Description

Webbilling B.V. an international Billing company is seeking a qualified Sales Assistant for the Adult and Game industry to provide support to our sales & marketing department. Previous administrative/sales experience, preferred.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Conduct research via Internet and trade publications to find potential clients to target
Target potential clients by e-mail, letters, and phone
Maintain accurate records of companies targeted
Provide general office and clerical assistance

Requirements
Skills/Qualifications:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with a particularly strong working knowledge of Excel Organized, motivated professional with the ability to effectively communicate with potential clients
Self directed individual that is able to meet deadlines.
Possess a pleasant, professional and respectful manner
Set appointment for trade shows and etc.
Strong Internet / Internet Research Skills

It is a plus if you have some knowledge about the game industry (MMOs, Casual Games etc)
