I was in a Taco Bell and there was a group of guys from the local air force base talking porn. Going on and on about how great sites like pornhub, youporn, and redtube were because they didn't have to pay for porn anymore. They were ranting and raving about it and I wanted to shoot some fire sauce in their eyes.

I've thought about that as well, then I think back to the Yappo days. Every VOD company was giving away free minute cards, we gave 30 free minutes. No catch, no rebill, nothing.

2% redeemed the free minutes, not bad when the average "coupon" redemption is .5%. However, retention on them were horrible. So in the end it wasn't worth the print cost, bandwidth, customer service, etc.
