question to paysites experts. How much do we charge?
 

Hi Guys! we built a niche site. www.3dHotMovies.com name speak for itself. It is unique FULL HD 3D videos. We have options to buy single videos and shopping cart.


But what about the subscription. How much shall we charge?
My opinion is that does not make sense to charge discounted price.

So we want to try charge 39.99$ per month

No trial i should offer because we have right now only 9 movies to start.
What do you think about trial?


And how much shall we charge for 90 days and 180 days memberships?


Please let me know you opinions and why..

If your charging $39.99 per month and the site only has 9 videos, your going to have a lot of pissed off members. Start the membership fee off at $19.95 (or perhaps, $14.95) and after you build up your content, charge more.

I think you should have built up your content before launching the site but good luck with it.

with only 9 movies, I would just stick to selling it per movie until you have more content...

I do not want to loose sales as memberships. I think product is unigue.
and i can do 2-4 movies a month update to begin with..What do you think
will that be enough since it is unique.

start low you can always go higher and keep more at the lower price.Next month the price is going up you will want to stay a member to lock in your low rate.

Here is my advice:

With 2 updates a month advertise that on the site and offer 29.95. Get a plug-in for 1000's of additional "free" bonus material.

The testimonials if from the US should be written correctly.

i.e. "I watch together with my girlfriend and it turn her on so much." should read... "I have never seen 3D porn before and both my girlfriend and I get so fucking horny watching these vids in the buck... with our glasses of course ;)"

First, I would take the guy who made the tour and make him cry. Then thought about price.

the URL uses the hotmovies name. i think the people that own hotmovies are rich. so using that URL might create lawyer fees & shut down notices & having to rename the site.

You need a new domain name for sure.

HotMovies is well established and will not appreciate the similar name.

What he said. They would only have a case if the term they used was something they came up with. They probably only called themselves HotMovies because people was using the term long before hand.

I also agree with the start lower and raise the price as the content grows way of thinking.
