I need to redirect users by IP host name to a certain page

So say if their hostname is roadrunner.com I need to send them to roadrunner.html all other isp's go to index.html

Needs to support multipul host names and multpul pages

example

if host is roadrunner.com then index1.html
if host is aol.com then index2.html
if host is earthlink.net then index3.html
all other host index.html

Anyone know how to do this with .htaccess? I will pay $20 via paypal
