it must ofcourse be legal to record people, who have not given their concent, having sex in public and resell it to pornsites fo profit. How could that be illegal? I say go for it.

Private CCTV must have a notice up informaing people if they are being recorded.

Also as legal as it is to record them I think the problem would come with distribution.

given that the police record all sorts of shit and sell it on to tv stations, and can do because everything was recorded in public places, I'd say reselling people having sex is legal. Especially if it's a live feed
