Nichewealth.com don't pay!

Hi everyone!

A friend of mine told me about a recent experience of his with Nichewealth.com.

He promoted them during a year, and brought in plenty of good traffic that converted some. As the expected payout got larger and larger he got worried and tried to contact them. It took a long while to get a reply which was of the "we'll look into it" sort.

They looked in for a few months and never got back to him. That by itself is a disgraceful turn of events for an affiliate program that's being promoted by the guy alongside 20 other affiliate programs.

It should be said that he had no issues with any of the other affiliates.

He then sent in another query, and they said something of the "account is fraudulent" sort. When he tried to clarify this . . . and no reply again.

Oh, and his account was closed without him being paid, nor notified.

Now that's a real shame (Meaning, this is shameful, of course) because it was an issue of a few hundreds of dollars and he already gave up when he told me of it, but I thought it'd be a good idea to check with gfy.

Have anyone heard of them? Worked with them? Got paid by them? Got scammed by them?

Personally, if I were him, I'd have checked them out before beginning to bring them traffic, but it's too late for that.

If you think you can help the poor guy or have a similar story, please let me know.

If you think you can't help, please bump. thx!

They are a good program and pay consistently for normal sales.

Perhaps your friend didnt tell you the whole story? How does he promote them? How long was he with them?

If he had checked them out before promoting them, I think he would have been given good news. I've had my account open for something like.. maybe 8 years? I dont remember it's been so long.

I received a check from them just two weeks ago.

There are always two sides to each story...

Was your friend doing something shady? Sounds like he may have.

In any case these days, I work with ccbill affiliates or large programs that I have a history with. I'm not taking a gamble for an extra few bucks a month to not get paid.

That's odd... I'm sure you'll get paid.

hahahaha!!!

Hello,

Chances are your "friend" was doing something that went against our TOS. If you want you can ICQ or email me now (or tell your friend to) with his NicheWealth ID. I'll look into his account and see why he was deemed fraud.

We've always paid all legit webmasters on-time and have never scammed or ripped off anyone.

Thanks for all the kind replies everyone.

TaYo 08-18-2009 11:30 PM

Just to make it clear, it is in fact a friend of mine who had this happen to him, not a "friend" of mine. Aside from that, thanks for the reassurance.

Sebastian,

Thank you for the quick response, I passed along your ICQ# to my buddy and he'll contact you.

I don't really think he'd be as frustrated if the program was more responsive and clear towards him from the beginning and along the way.

Yet.

If he hasn't told you perhaps that he was doing something shady on the site, then perhaps NicheWealth is the first affiliate to have caught it. And yes, unfortunately I'm sure there's few if any programs that will be straightforward in telling what they believe to be a scammer of some sort why they are suspending their account...they probably feel it's akin to blocking email from a "my Nigerian relative wants to pay you millions" person and then telling them why. Unfortunate but that's life.

I've seen too many of these threads. It usually turns out that the "affiliate" was a fraudster.

XX_RydeR 08-19-2009 02:27 AM

Sebastian will sort it...

Drop him that e-mail.
