I agree, they do this every season, but beware, sometimes there are differences between the pre-air and the episode that finally makes it, and they can be big ones - plot changes, different actors in supporting roles, etc.

Plus its more fun to wait till the episode actually comes out - unless they manage to leak the whole season of course, but that aint gonna happen.

Well, tell it to the judge, then. Torrenting copyrighted material is a violation of copyright law, unless you have express written permission. If they leaked it, they won't pursue you. If they didn't leak it, they could (and should).

The fact is, there is way to many people here who preach about not using torrents and how bad it is, yet 90% of them probably download everything they have.

I have a huge DVD collection, mostly of films I ACTUALLY THINK ARE WORTH PAYING FOR. Why? Because the movie industry is coming out with so much shit now days, that even paying theatre prices is worthless. So normally, I'll download a low quality version, if I like it, I call up my buddies and about 10 of us go out to see it and party afterwords. And if it's really worth it, I buy it on DVD when it comes out and never open it again.

Music on the otherhand, heh... I haven't bought a CD in years, I guess it's also has to do with the fact that most of my music is local and given to me free, or is up for download on the artists' sites.

Na, this is one instance where it is a actual leak done "by" Showtime. They have leaked the Dexter series every season the 2nd season they leaked the first 3 or 4 episodes.

I'd actually look at this torrent as a legit one as it's being used as a marketing ploy.
