More Police Brutality Caught On Tape
I dont see the guy throw a punch once and when all the other pigs show up, they just start beating the guy...
|
That will teach the hippie
|
police brutality my fucking ass. all you have to do is say "yes sir", "no sir" and be on your way. if you're going to be non compliant, argumentative and combative... you're gonna lose.
only a fucking retard or a inexperienced kid would see it ... or understand it differently. |
Did he live, ? did you see the cop on 6:28 or so kicking his head when the guys obviously unconscious...they administered a severely brutal ass kicking there

The guy was resisting from the word go and officers have the legal obligation to pretty much do what they choose to do to subdue a person as long as they continue to resist. |

Stop resisting and you don't get beat. Seems simple enough.
|
Que the pro cop and anti cop debate that happens every time one of these vids are posted.
Looks to me like the driver was not complying so he was treated roughly. On the flip side its pretty pathetic that it took 8 LEOs to get this guy cuffed even while punching and kicking him. Looks like they need to go back to the academy. |

They got crazy at the end, but clearly the guy was combative and uncooperative. That's a great way to get your ass kicked in any country by ANYONE with "power" over you.
|
The first cop just wanted some lovin'...the rest that showed up just wanted to beat someone's ass.
I just don't understand, especially when it's pretty well known that cops may beat the shit out of you if you don't comply with their orders, why someone wouldn't just comply unless they're hiding something. *shrug* |

i see too many cases where the cops just keep going and keep going. anyone that says a person should just take a beating without trying to defend themselves is an idiot. we are all programmed as humans to try to protect ourselves from harm and i am sick of LE saying a person is resisting when all they are trying to do is protect themselves. you cant keep punching and kicking a guy while telling him to put his hands behind his back.. :2 cents: |
The guy got what he deserved. I think the cops have a reason to get pissed off when someone does not obey their instructions.

Anyone got a video where a cop gets his ass beat?

How about this awesome one.
84 year old woman with Alzheimer and a cane gets body slammed head first into the ground for walking around a public parking lot. |
If that's not police brutality then what is?

Dident you hear the officer say "mam, could you put down the gun" around 0:30? |

Here's my extended take - there are times when I think resisting is reasonable. Take this case:
The cop was being fucking ridiculous in this and I'm not sure many people would have NOT resisted his demands. In fact, it's amazing the cop was cleared of wrongdoing per the video. Likewise I think there's worse instances of police brutality in normal pull-overs too: Not that he was beating her but jesus...if the cop in the OPs video went up to that guy like that, I'd have more of a problem with it. Gun drawn, screaming, and trying to pull the person out of the car on a speeding stop just because the car didn't pull over immediately is much to say the least (and the cop rightfully got fired). The way I see it, the guy in the first video and all guys that completely resist even simple commands like giving their license are either hiding something or WANT to provoke something and get a settlement. |

Maybe she did it to make the officers kill her. Been known to happen |

As for that cop at the drive-thru, there are multiple dickheads at play here... If the manager could've shown the cop the surveillance tape and the cop refused, then the cop's a dickhead. If the manager just didn't want to show the cop the tape, then the manager's a dickhead. Either way, she's a dickhead too for the way she acted. And the cop's a dickhead, too, for the way he reacted to her. I ALWAYS give cops the benefit of the doubt. That said, being a cop is no excuse for being a dickhead. Out here in Las Vegas, a cop was killed one night earlier this summer when he crashed into a guy who pulled out in front of him on Flamingo a few miles west of the strip. The guy walked away and was hauled in. The driver said the cop didn't have his lights on and was going way faster than he expected. The police chief issued a statement saying the driver was intoxicated, the cop had his lights on and wasn't driving unsafely. Sure enough, two weeks later, investigations showed the driver WASN'T intoxicated, the cop DIDN'T have his lights and siren on, and he was going something like 110 mph down Flamingo. First time I've seen a police chief eat crow on camera. |

The problem is that all too often cops, specially street cops, are only cops because they want power over people, and that breeds what you see in many of these videos.
I had a friend was a city of atlanta cops and he told me some very sobering facts, like: He used to pinch drugs dealers, take their drugs and money, if he got a problem stop, a guy was "being smart" he would toss the drugs in his car, then have a K9 unit come do a drug check, viola...instant bust. and who is going to believe the guy who says the cop must have planted those drugs in my car. as for the lie detector tests they took he said the first thing every cop learns is how to beat it by flexing and relaxing the spincter muscle during questioning. As Neitzche pointed out "He who fights monsters must take care that he does not become a monster. When you gaze into the abyss, the abyss gazes into you." |

Like using explosives to knock down a sand castle. "It was a very proper detonation." You see everything in black & white, eh? |

Fuck the cops

so the guy was pretty much subdued.. the cop on top of the guy knew by now that the guy had no intention to arm anyone, yet he let everyone else use the guy as a punching bag... Couldn't 6 cops be able to put handcuffs on him without putting him in a coma? Couldn't they use their tasers? Just throwing some very complex ideas here, perhaps just step back, draw your gun and tell the guy to lay face down and not move?

I think we can all agree we would like police to be polite and lawfull. Their job description does not include "bossy" , "rude" , and unlawfull. :thumbsup |

Says it all...if you do anything other than comply you are playing the game their way ...and I for one do not like playing anyone's game their way. |
All beat up with no race card to play. Sucks to be that dude.

If you think they acted improperly in any way...that is what complaint forms...attorneys and courts are for. In the meantime comply...comply...comply or pay whatever consequences they may decide to inflict upon you. |
