awesome!!! i had a top 5 google listing for term "bondage videos" on ricksavage.com for years and now its on page 10 or 20 or something ridiculous from having a top 5 listing.

don't change anything! like budsbabes said shit bounces sometimes. when you fall that far for no apparent reason it's usually temporary and you'll be back soon

Happens all the time, relax stay calm and just do what you normally do... Freaking out only makes you do stupid things like changing your whole site etc... Just keep building your network and dont look at it..

Enhance the SEO strategy.

It looks like over the last 2 months Google has been "playing" with back links. They revalued a bunch, then devalued them over the next 2 weeks. They've done this a few times with different filters for different types of links. I'd imagine that they're testing the waters for Caffeine. In your situation, you fell to 220 but you're showing back up in Caffeine, sometimes. It would be wise for you to optimize your site a bit (nothing drastic) and try to get some more backlinks from higher pr sites.

I love it when webmasters get top 5 rankings and have no idea why!

top spots in the SE's aren't reserved for us SEO nuts. sometimes just having a good site is all you need and the rest takes care of itself
