Impossible to get Naughty America to answer support requests.
They removed all their email/icq contacts and setup a ticketing system that doesn't work. They explicitly want a webmaster to enter the username/ID into the ticket form, yet the form doesn't have a form field for that.
I submitted 2 tickets already that went unanswered. One of them was actually closed without a reply.
So, Naughty America, get your act together and fix your ticketing system OR better yet post a valid contact so I can have the latest issue resolved ASAP!
