Paying Solo Girl Models/Keeping Them Motivated - Opinions/Advice Plz

What are some of your guys tricks or ideas for keeping a solo girl models motivated to do cam shows, except explaining how important it is. lol

I have set aside a budget for the content for the girls sites, however to keep them around for their cam shows, will be a bit tough. A monthly salary is enough to keep them around but to just do cam shows, no. Paying them per cam show makes sense but you'd have to pay them quite a big amount to guarantee they will show in time for their cam shows that are pretty spread out. If it helps, they will be doing weekly cam shows to start.

11-13 shoots in the first month.

then budgeting to keep them around for 3-4 months doing cam shows. Until the site can help pay for them.

For example, if I had 10,000 for a model, I could simply give her 7500-10,000 to load up on content. But without making the budget much higher, I need to keep her around for cam shows.

Or should I not look at offering live webcam shows for the first few months? However I don't believe that's a good idea myself as that might hurt memberships

Whats the least amount of cam shows you could get away with giving for a solo girl site? Take into account, it can be increased

they all leave sooner or later, no matter how much you pay them :2 cents:

Im not expecting to have them long term.

I'm speaking of how to structure paying them when you want to keep them doing cam shows.

That's not always true. I make a very good living just from my solo girl site, that's motivation enough to do the work that I need to do to keep it going. And doing the job's still fun too! :1orglaugh

well it sure is hard convincing a content girl that this stuff is important. It depends on the girl, but usually cash should do the trick. For example signing an agreement that she needs to do an X amount of shows at certain times otherwise she gets pay cuts or doesn't get paid at all, lol. That's just an idea :)

Shoot at least a set a day for as long as you can afford.. With the times the way they are $$ wise you can most likely shoot for less right now.

You should be able to knock out more then just one set per day. I'd say at least 4-6 with a solo girl :2 cents:

And for keeping them coming back, use contracts and offer them a small percentage if you desire. % as long as they're working and explain to them that the more they work, and interact with their fans, the more money they will make.

there's no way...models tend to be lazy by nature, that's why they model nude or cam. What I do is have plenty of shooting cash at the end of the month. Wait until rent is almost due for these bitches and watch the phone blow up...from the 25th to the 7th of the following month I can get another 500 scenes for a few bucks. Works like a charm

U are the exception, not the norm..otherwise ALL solo sites would still be up

Except I am working with girls that aren't really in this industry, completely new to the biz. So I am trying to structure it to keep them interested. Which is hard because I will be shooting the hell out of them for a month to get more than 6 months content, 2-3 sets a day. So that means ill be giving them a big lump sum after a month. Some might be fine with just taking that cash and not coming back to shoot more down the road, ya know? So the paycuts not a huge motivator.

However giving her a percentage of her sales and telling her she loses the percent is the only decent way I can think of off the top of my head anyway.

I might have to work with just that

After shooting the content with her and paying her for that. What amount do you think is fair to pay her for each webcam show she does after that. I'd rather pay her a sum each time for the first while.
