webair takes along time to refund money
 

I requested a refund from webair for $31.96 for some domain transfers that didn?t work
Back in early July

They said it would be 14 working days
And it way pass that
And I contact them a number of times but get no reply

i know it only 31.96 but times are hard and every $ counts

who did you contact?
many webair reps on gfy daily i have a hard time believing you missed them.

Maybe he was trying to keep it off the boards?

Why did you not hit up the web based 24/7 live support?

every registrar i have ever had a failed transfer they just give me "credits" not a refund.

2. NEVER, I said NEVER, mix domains and hosting! I can recommend you NameCheap.com as a domain register...

webair for domains are terrible. Domains with them go right into redemption after the expiry date forcing the customer to pay 62 bucks even if they are only a few hours late renewing it.
