getting a new epassporte Card
 
My card expired yesterday and I wondered where the new one was

I contact them and they said I have to verify my address etc to get a new one

Also when I signed in to my account I have to verify myself with an ID

I?m getting to like epassporte security now

Ha! The same thing happened to me, only three months earlier. They say when they sent out the cards, but don't know if the cards have been lost in transit. I was forced to request a new one for another damn $20. AFter that, I have no idea what the status is now. It really sucks, considering that I'm moving next month!

I had to pay an extra $20 too a while back. I just requested a new card and that one will probably get "lost" too.

yup contact Michael , he is the only person who is keeping Epass issues at bay and he needs a HUGE raise and BONUS for doing a great job

I just signed up for epass a month or two ago. Account was locked for a couple days until I got my docs to 'em. Ordered an electron card and I got it within three weeks of ordering. I'm liking epass so far.

So say I lost my card... Does anyone know how much it costs to get another, or maybe how long I should expect it to take to get to me?

A replacement card costs $20 it takes 7-10 days to make and send and then the delivery times varies depending on your location, I have received my card in Denmark in 5 days. The cards are sent from California.
We offer UPS shipping on cards $30 for inside the US and $100 for the rest of the world.
