BTW wanted everyone to know that Google has taken off the warning on our site now, so we are good to go again

They could be getting in through an ftp on a particular computer that is infected.

Mcafee didn't pick a trojan up on my site nor computers... I ran drweb.com on all computers with FTP access and changed all FTP passwords... finally got rid of the fucker

Well when this happened last time, we put our server behind a firewall and you cannot access it unless you have an approved FTP. I'm the only one that logs on now, and I cleaned my computers thoroughly last time this happened, so that's not it.
