My sites on splitinfinity have been down for at least couple days, and the phones numbers and ticketing area don't work or go unanswered.

If you're around please let me know...

i bet your emails would get through if they switched to gmail. should mention that to them.

I am sorry your sites are down, however we have not seen a ticket from you yet at this time, and we have not received a phone call. You can reach me on aim or icq or you can go to cms.suavemente.net and registar and send a ticket or call us 619-565-1439

Maybe you should worry about keeping your current customers sites up instead of insulting others for using a far superior server for hosting their emails?

The OP, your customer, leads me to believe differently.

It is possible he has the wrong info which happens which is why I said try it for yourself before you go saying things that might not be right.

The ticket and calls going unanswered wasn't my concern, it was mostly the fact his sites have been down for days.

A good host... would have been ontop of that before the customer even knew what happened. But I guess you were to busy spouting off about how Gmail users are idiots and nobody would use it for a corporate account.

Just to update, looks like there was an issue with their new ticketing system email getting stuck in my spamarrest account causing my old info not to work. Still not too sure what happened with the phone number getting bounced to a 'wrong number buddy' answer...lol.

In any event, hosting is back up, and I've got new contact info and a free month of hosting for my troubles.
