How much does it cost to outsource a full time employee now?

I want a stud. asp.net, c#, PL/SQL, ajax, preferably uses (what used to be) Macromedia's software. How much will this cost me per month? I don't think what country matters so if any place is cheaper than India now please tell me about it.

Ummm of course it does... Not sure where you live but companies turning to outsourcing out of country affects many things negatively. Sure you might not have a big company or needs but at least keeping your money local helps a little.
