Blogs and Traffic
 

In my attempt to learn how to diversify and garner more traffic without actually having to pay for it, on average how many new blogs should be created daily and what is the optimal number of blogs and/or sponsors to push?

If I create 8-10 blogs a day and link to all of the previous blogs I create, what type of traffic sent to a sponsor is considered a somewhat success (whether a sale is created or not)? I am currently signed up to nearly 20 sponsors from the tube site and tracking stats is proving to be a chore in itself.

Is it smarter to push the sponsor with multiple sites and build blogs to support their individual sites or would it be better to diversify and build blogs for a smaller number of sites for different sponsors?

Also, what is an acceptable number of uniques to send daily to a sponsor especially in the beginning of building a blog type network?

Appreciate any guidance offered.

The amount of blogs you start will ultimately depend on how much time you can devote to writing and maintaining them on a daily basis. Fresh and unique content will go a long way toward garnering search engine traffic, but you'll have to determine how much of this content you can churn out.

As for tracking stats, download Nifty Stats. They have both a free and paid version and life will be a lot easier with it.

Also, if you are churning out blogs and can post via xml, then Blog Desk (it's free) will also be one of your best friends.

You better make less blogs with more quality.

Dont forget that you can spend a couple hours writing blog posts, and schedule them to post to the site at a future date :2 cents:

I write all mine on a Sunday or Monday and schedule them to post throughout the week.

Advice: Try making trades with the Top Webmasters on our sites toplist for an extra 50-300 uniques a day.

20 blogs a day at least

With how many posts? If it takes one hour to setup a blog and do one post then that 20 hours gone.... so I guess I can sleep for 4 hours?
