I prefer to promote porn or somethings, if sale software then it is hard for me!

I think that they aren´t scam since they have good reputation!!
But are some sponsors that pays by Paypal if you contact them directly...

Land Of Venus pays me with Paypal on the first of the month. Never had a problem with them.

Be careful with Paypal One hint of Adult and they will keep your money.

Most adult affiliate programs wont pay with PP only because its against PP's TOS

Pay Pal will if they find out it has anything to do with porn, that's why you will find VERY few adult affiliate programs will risk using them.

I knew porn violates TOS, but the adult company can use other company PP account or personal acc to pay me...
